OUR COMMUNITY COMMITMENT

Genius Flower Studio commits to our community in many different ways. Our current focus is on working with underprivileged children to provide opportunities for them to make a difference in the future of technology. Black Girls CODE provide a platform for young girls (soon to add young boys) to do just that, and we are certainly on board to support them with this mission.

 

By reaching out to the community through workshops and after school programs, we volunteer our time and effort in helping Black Girls CODE introduce computer coding lessons to young girls from underrepresented communities in programming languages such as Scratch or Ruby on Rails. We share our knowledge in coding which teaches the youth how to build robots and so much more.

 

Our community focus is on Black Girls CODE in bringing technology and entertainment to many wonderful girls of color. By teaching the girls programming and game design in hopes to develop a true love for technology and the self-confidence that comes from understanding the greatest tools of the 21st century.

GET INVOLVED START YOUR NEW PROJECT

Genius Flower Studio has partnered with Pencils of Promise to build schools and create programs that provide education opportunities for children around the world in underdeveloped countries.

Starting November 2017, we are contributing a percentage of every project and/or service our clients pay for. Our goal is to have the required funds to build the school by the end of 2018. With every project/service you purchase, you support this campaign.  We will keep you updated on the progress!
